Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Text messages are sent by Trident Smiles Dental, operated by SHIBANI RAJADHYKSHA DDS INC, 681 Tasman Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94089. The terms below apply to all text messages (SMS) you receive from us. Last updated November 2, 2026.

Messages We Send
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, and other patient communications, such as replies to your questions, forms to complete before your visit, and updates about your care or account. We send promotional messages, such as special offers, only if you have separately agreed to receive them.

Your Consent
You can agree to receive texts when you book online, fill out a form on our website, complete your patient paperwork, or tell our team in person or by phone. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or buying any service from us.

How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further texts unless you opt in again. To start receiving texts again, reply START.
